[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]This project was created for class at California State University East Bay. We were asked to create two cohesive but distinct coffee packages based on a historical event. I chose to create two packages based on World War II as seen from both the American home and war front and utilized a typographical solution based on quotes given by two of the highest ranking leaders at home and in the field in President Roosevelt and General Eisenhower. For the Roosevelt design I chose the typical patriotic red, white and blue color scheme, Uncle Sam imagery and a serif font not only to differentiate the difference between the sans serif in the second package but because I felt the serif lent a more authoritative and presidential feel to the design. For the Eisenhower package I decided to use a more militaristic color scheme, imagery, and font face to reflect the war. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
